A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service to ensure there are no allergic reactions to the products used. Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid patch test.
The colour consultation allows your stylist to assess your hair, discuss your desired look, and create a personalised colour plan tailored specifically to you.
A consultation fee of £15 is required at the time of booking. This fee is fully redeemable against your colour appointment when booked with us. If you choose not to proceed with a colour appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable and will be retained by the salon
